What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure.

• Lead architectural initiatives to enhance system throughput and reliability.

• Evaluate and modernize existing execution platforms for peak performance.

• Collaborate with researchers and technologists to implement cutting-edge HFT systems.

• Optimize system performance across CPU, memory, cache, and network layers.

• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-tested code with thorough documentation.

  
  

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in C++ and Linux, with strong understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance tuning.

• Proven experience building and optimizing low-latency, high-throughput systems - ideally in real-time or trading environments.

• Deep knowledge of profiling tools, latency measurement, and performance benchmarking.

• Hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/UDP, multicast, Ethernet) and low-latency messaging.

• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
