Emaago is recruiting on behalf of a top-tier trading firm for a Senior Java Engineer role to lead the development of high-performance, cloud-native systems that power real-time trading infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale low-latency, distributed Java microservices for core trading workflows.

• Architect resilient systems with containerization, orchestration, and automation at the center.

• Work cross-functionally to deploy performant, production-grade services in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of backend development experience with deep expertise in Java and the JVM.

• Proven track record in microservices, multithreading, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), CI/CD, and performance optimization.

• Background in financial services or trading systems is highly desirable.
